The first task is: what stories do you have about horses? You will find yourself in these stories. Take a close look at them and try to hear the horses’ messages. Write your story down and look for its message.

The second task: I have asked you to think of a relationship which you are involved in at the moment. Now go to your horse in the stable or out in the field–if possible go alone with your horse to the riding arena, to the round pen or some other fenced-off area. Let the relationship you are thinking of manifest itself in your body, that is: concentrate on it and feel the tension produced in you.
